Raven– is a pencil sketch on a paper a study of a raven from series of animal art.
I find animal art fascinating, all kind of animal art of all animals, birds and bugs, because they speak. Partially because they are either cute or lovely either magnificent or beautiful. But also because what they say with their looks. We humans also speak and express ourselves with our looks and not only sounds and words, but in case of animals it is different and it is more. It is the main way they speak with us, and because of that often animal eyes and expressions say more than ours despite how sophisticated we could be. The trials to capture these expressions are really one of the best experiences.
This art piece displays an image of a blackbird sitting on some branch, he just have found what to prey on.
